Absolute Energy Services was founded in 2013 by Brandon and Kristen Audas with a vision to build the kind of company they believed the energy industry deserved—one founded on hard work, honesty, and genuine relationships.

After years of working in and around the oil and gas industry, Brandon and Kristen recognized a growing need for a workforce partner that clients could trust and communicate with directly. Too often, companies were treated like just another account number instead of a valued partner. They set out to change that by creating a company built on responsiveness, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
